Kari Samantha was an American actor, performer and singer (born on April 28 1967). She began her acting career when she was a teenager. Her most well-known role is for her role as Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders as well in the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy movie Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised in Brookfield Connecticut as the daughter of Karin Noble, who worked as a payroll clerk, and German American Andrew Wuhrer. There are three siblings and brothers. She began singing in club nights as a teenager. She would sneak out of her house in order to perform. Kari Wuhrer is an American model, performer and actor. Kari began acting at the Wooster School at the age of 13 and then went on to study drama in New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under renowned Uta Hagen. Kari started acting when she was still a teenager. Her first major breakthrough in the form of MTV Remote Control in 1987.
